Dr. Irfan Abdul Karim Shaikh is an experienced academic and researcher with over 20 years in higher education, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Bahrain Polytechnic for the past 12 years. A recognized thought leader in the fields of business development and strategic transformation, Dr. Shaikh has actively participated in numerous national and international conferences, seminars, and webinars as a guest speaker, presenter, and panelist. He holds multiple patents and has published over 20 Scopus-indexed research papers in reputed international journals and conferences. His scholarly interests span Business Development Strategies, Digital Marketing, and Change Management.

Shailendra Kumar Singh is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of managerial experience in the banking and finance industry and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Law with a focus on security market regulations in India. He holds a BBA, MBA, LL.B, and LL.M (Corporate Law), along with certifications including APCRM from IIM Lucknow, ECMACV from IIM Kashipur, JAIIB from IIBF, and NCMP. He has published several research papers in UGC-approved and Scopus-indexed national and international journals in the fields of management and law.He has written books in the Field of Management and Law.He is Executive fellow of Indian Institute of Management - Lucknow and Member of All India Management Association (AIMA)- New Delhi.

Dr. Neetu Jora is a distinguished academician and researcher with over 20 years of experience in higher education, finance, and entrepreneurship. She holds a Ph.D. in Management and is UGC-NET qualified. Dr. Jora is a pioneer in outcome-based education and experiential learning, with numerous publications and patents to her credit. Her expertise in academic operations and curriculum innovation makes her a leading figure in her field.

Dr. Anjali Gupta is a prominent academician, and currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at Ramanujan College in University of Delhi, Delhi, India. She attained Masters in Business Administration from Katholieke University Leuven, Belgium (Europe) and acquired Ph.D. from Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra in 2014. Her specific area of interests lie in the field of Organisational Behaviour and human resource management though she is always willing to contribute in other allied disciplines as well. She has several research papers to her credit which have been published in the Journals of repute. Apart from research articles she also holds patents, reflecting her commitment towards innovation. She is a life member of Indian Commerce Association (ICA).
