Pallavi Lakhera holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Banaras Hindu University and an LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. as a Research Scholar at the Faculty of Law, University of Allahabad. With a deep interest in legal research, she has actively engaged with contemporary issues in constitutional and administrative law. Her work reflects a strong commitment to academic inquiry, and through this book she aims to simplify research methodology and highlight its practical applications for students and scholars of law

Dr Lalit Mohan Trivedi is Working as Assistant Professor in Mathematics at Moradabad Institute of Technology, Moradabad UP - India For more than 19 Years. His area of expertise is optimization in network system and operation research. He is working as coordinator - Mathematics in the department of Applied Sciences and Humanities. He has Published more than 55 research papers in reputed journal and in International, National Conference/ Seminars. He has Published 45 patents and 9 Books and many more are in que.

Kishore Balasubramanian has 23+ years of academic experience in imparting Engineering Education. He had his Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Instrumentation from Bharathiar University, India, Master’s Degree in Applied Electronics from Anna University, India and Ph.D (Information and Communication Engineering) from Anna University, India. His research interests include Medical Image Processing and Soft Computing Techniques. He is an active reviewer and editorial board member in many SCI and Scopus indexed scientific journals. Recently he is listed in the Golden Reviewers list of IETE Journal of Research. He has served as a Technical Committee Member, Sessions Chair and delivered Keynote Address in National and International Conferences. He has authored books in Analog Electronics and AI for medical diagnosis and book chapters. He has published 70+ papers in International and National journals (Springer, Elsevier, Taylor and Francis, Wiley, Sage etc.). He has been granted 10 Indian patents. He has been nominated as a “Bentham Ambassador” – Bentham Science Publications since 2022 and received active reviewer award from Bentham Publishers. He is serving as an Academic Editor in PLOS ONE journal, Trials (BMC Springer), Societal Impacts (Elsevier), European Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Exploration (Wiley) etc. He has received grants from CSIR, DRDO (Government Funding agencies) for conducting Faculty Development Programmes, Workshops and Conferences. He is a member of ISTE, IRED, IEEE (Society Affiliate), ISDS, ICICS and IAENG. Presently he is working as Associate Dean – Corporate Relations & Associate Professor in the Department of EEE at Dr. Mahalingam College of Engineering & Technology, India.
