Dr. Irfan Abdul Karim Shaikh is an experienced academic and researcher with over 20 years in higher education, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Bahrain Polytechnic, Bahrain for the past 12 years. A recognized thought leader in the fields of business development and strategic transformation, Dr. Shaikh has actively participated in numerous national and international conferences, seminars, and webinars as a guest speaker, presenter, and panelist. He holds multiple patents and has published over 20 Scopus-indexed research papers in reputed international journals and conferences. His scholarly interests span Business Development Strategies, Digital Marketing, and Change Management.

Dr. P. Viswanathan is an Assistant Professor (Government Aided) in the Department of Commerce at Pachaiyappa’s College for Men, Kanchipuram, affiliated with the University of Madras. He holds M.Com., B.Ed., M.Phil., PGDIT., and Ph.D. degrees, with academic specialization in Accounting, Banking, and Finance, and research interests in Marketing, Human Resources, International Business, and Supply Chain Management. He has over 13 years of teaching experience at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Before joining Pachaiyappa’s College for Men in October 2024, he served in reputed institutions such as REVA University, Bengaluru, and Sri Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore. He has also worked as a visiting faculty member for an MBA Twinning Programme at St. Joseph’s College, Bengaluru. Dr. Viswanathan has published more than 22 research papers in national and international journals and conferences, including Scopus-indexed and UGC-CARE journals. He has authored two textbooks and holds two published patents in the areas of financial modelling and artificial intelligence applications. He actively contributes to academia as a journal editorial member, reviewer, Ph.D. examiner, and conference chair.

Dr Chaitali Bhattacharya is a distinguished academic, researcher, and industry professional with over 25 years of expertise in International Business, Marketing, and Corporate Affairs. She is a Professor in the Department of Marketing Management at the New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM), New Delhi, India. Dr Bhattacharya holds a Ph.D. in Service Marketing from Noida International University. Her diverse research interests include Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Business Ethics, Environmental Science, and Artificial Intelligence. A prolific author, she has published widely in prestigious journals of Scopus, ABDC, and UGC Care and has authored many textbooks recognized for their practical relevance. Her patents further highlight her innovative contributions to business and technology. Prof. Bhattacharya’s extensive career bridges academia and industry, where she has held leadership roles, consistently emphasizing ethical practices and sustainability. Her research focuses on applying theoretical frameworks to real-world challenges in Marketing, International Business, Supply Chain Management, and CSR, alongside exploring the implications of the New Education Policy and advancements in Artificial Intelligence. Known for her ability to blend academic rigour with practical insights, Prof. Bhattacharya’s contributions to education and research are a testament to her dedication to fostering innovation and ethical leadership in business.

Dr. Shailandra Kumar Prasad is currently an Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, School of Engineering & IT, ARKA JAIN University (NAAC “A”) in Jharkhand. He did PhD in Mechanical Engineering from N.I.T Jamshedpur. Dr. Shailandra Kumar Prasad received his Master Degree from N.I.T Jamshedpur and he did undergraduate degree from B.I.T Sindhri, Dhanbad. His areas of Interests include Thermal Engineering and Material Science.He taught several subject such as Material Science, Manufacturing Engineering, CAD, CAM, Robotics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Fluid Engineering, I.C. Engine and many more subjects in related specialization. He has published several articles in National & International journal and also participated in several National & International Conferences. He has completed more than 20 Faculty Development Program. He has teaching as well as industry experience of more than 24 years. He has conducted several Faculty Development Program for the Development of Faculty Members.
