Mr. Abhishek Singh Gaharwar is a dedicated Researcher, Educator and Author with strong academic foundations in Engineering and Management. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Technological University, Bhopal and his Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Devi Ahilya University, Indore. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Operations and Supply Chain Management at Barkatullah University, Bhopal, where his research focuses on Modern Supply Chain Challenges and Analytical Approaches to Decision-Making. With expertise in Advanced Analytical Tools such as Excel, SPSS and R, Mr. Gaharwar integrates Quantitative Methods into his Work, enhancing both Academic and Practical Perspectives. He has actively participated in National and International Conferences and has published several Research Papers and Book Chapters in Reputed Journals and Edited Volumes. Dr. Yogesh Choudhary holds a Ph.D. in Management and is a two-time recipient of the UGC Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). He has also qualified the UGC-NET and SET examinations in Management. Academically, he holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance, a Post Graduate Diploma in Planning and Entrepreneurship (PGDPE), a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and an Advanced Certificate in Management (Marketing) from AIMA. With over five years of industry experience, Dr. Choudhary has actively participated in numerous national and international seminars and workshops and has published several research papers in reputed journals. Currently working as an independent research fellow, his key areas of interest include digitization, tourism management, marketing, entrepreneurship, and branding. His interdisciplinary background effectively bridges technical, managerial, and entrepreneurial domains.

Dr. Sandeep Kaur is a Ph.D. holder in Management from the University of Rajasthan with dual master’s degrees and qualifications in UGC JRF (Management) and NET (Commerce). She has served as a faculty member at the University of Lucknow, contributing to teaching, research, and student mentoring. Her academic interests span management, commerce, higher education, and organizational behaviour, with a focus on inclusivity and workplace diversity. She has actively participated in academic conferences and research activities, reflecting her commitment to advancing management education and research in India.
